At some point in time, we all want to get as ripped as possible. In the January issue of FLEX, on newsstands now, we outlined the 10 best fat-burning supplements on the market. As promised, here are some alternative fat-burning stacks to the ones provided in the magazine.

OPTION #1

BUDGET STACK

If you're on a budget, buying a pre-made supplement stack may not coincide with the size of your wallet size. These three fat burners are cheap and effective. In fact, the first two ingredients are so effective that they are found in almost every fat burner on the market.

SUPPLEMENT DOSE
Green Tea Extract 500-1000 mg 3x a day before meals
Caffeine 100-300 mg in the morning and 1 hour before workouts
Capsaicin 40,000 - 80,000 Scoville thermal units 3x times a day

OPTION #2

BUILDING STACK

This stack will help you maximize muscle and fat loss by boosting fat loss while simultaneously increasing testosterone and its functions in the muscle.

Carnitine 1-3 g with breakfast, pre-workout meals, post workout meals and nighttime meals
