Kathleen Tesori wins FLEX Bikini Model Search

After six months, hundreds of competitors and hundreds of thousands of votes, the six monthly winners of the FLEX Bikini Model Search Online took center stage at the Las Vegas Convention Center for live contest on Olympia weekend. Sixty-six other hopefuls came out for the live contest, bringing the total number of competitors to 72 for the event, presented by Champion Nutrition.

After two days and four hours of judging, it was Utah's Kathleen Tesori who stood apart from the rest as the contest's winner.

"I'm in shock" an elated Tesori said. "It took me by surprise because there were so many girls who had the full package. It was a great win."

Tesori, a 25-year-old from Utah who works as a logistics management specialist as a civilian in the Air Force, won the Grand Prize of contracts with Weider Publications and Champion Nutrition and will be featured in the 2009 FLEX Swimsuit issue.

Joining Tesori on the winners podium were runner-up Andrea Taylor and third-place finisher Mary Jarmolowich. Taylor, who along with Tesori won Month 5 of the online portion of the FLEX Bikini Model Search, won $1,000 while Jarmolowich won $500. All three were presenters at the 2008 Olympia Finals.
