WHAT: The FLEX Magazine Bikini Model Search Online is a five (5) month online contest where each of the five (5) winners (one winner per month) will qualify for a spot in the 15-woman finals of the FLEX Magazine Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas on September 27, 2008. Monthly winners are awarded $250 USD. The overall winner of the FLEX Magazine's Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas receives an exclusive contract with Weider Publications, LLC.

RESTRICTIONS: Open to females, who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

RULES: Contestants must be 18 years of age or older. Photos submitted must not contain any nudity. Applications will be accepted before and up to the 21st of each month prior to the start of each monthly contest. Beginning on April 1, 2008, entries will be reviewed by our board and posted online from the 1st through the 15th of each of the five (5) months of the contest. After the 15th, a winner will be determined for the month. The winner will earn a spot in the 15-woman finals at the FLEX Magazine Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas on September 27, 2008. Monthly winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone. All entrants must read the official rules including the disclaimer before submitting your application and uploading your pictures.

HOSTING COMPANY: Weider Publications, LLC (herein referred to as "Hosting Company") is the event coordinator of the FLEX Magazine Bikini Model Search Online Contest (herein referred to as the "Contest").

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, log on to www.flexmodelsearch.com for the official online entry form. You must complete all information requested, including but not limited to your legal name, full address (including apartment number), city, state/providence, zip code/postal code, daytime, home and cell telephone numbers, e-mail address at which you can be reached, date of birth, and all other information requested on the form.

HOW TO SUMBIT PHOTOS: Submissions must be received by the 21st of each month prior to the month contest. (Example: Entries for the month of April must be received from March 1st - March 21st to participate) Candidates will be able to e-mail six (6) recent photographs, (herein referred to as Images), in JPEG format using the instructions provided. Images must only include contestant. All images submitted must be approximately 400x600 pixels and less than 1 Meg in file size. Once all required information is received, and you are selected as a candidate to compete in the Contest, your Images will be posted online. The Hosting Company reserves the right to contact any contestant who has entered the Contest to request resubmission of one or more of the Images and/or to request that the Contestant submit additional images. While Contestants may have assistance in entering data and uploading the images, each Contestant must otherwise complete the entry form herself. Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person appearing in the Images (including but not limited to entries submitted by modeling agencies) will be rejected. As set forth in greater detail herein, submission of Images and entry in the Contest constitutes consent to use the Images on said website, www.flexmodelsearch.com and/or associated or otherwise affiliated websites. Except as otherwise permitted herein, only one entry per person will be accepted each month; all subsequent entries will be disregarded. No enhanced or altered photographs or photographs containing more than one person will be eligible. False, deceptive or incomplete entries or other information provided by Contestants throughout the Contest (including but not limited to responses to questionnaires) shall render the entry ineligible.

RE-ENTRY: Contestants (winners excluded) are allowed to re-enter the FLEX Bikini Model Search Online for each of the five months. In order to re-enter, contestants must re-register and re-submit images

ELIGIBILITY: All Contestants must be female, and at least 18 years of age or older on the date that the Images were taken. Contestants will also be required to represent and warrant that they have sufficient rights to the Images, and all other materials submitted in connection with this Contest to grant the Hosting Company the rights granted hereunder. If the Images are modeling shots, photographs taken by a professional photographer, or anything other than personal snapshots in which the Contestant holds or rights, or if they include any copyright notice, Contestants will be required to demonstrate that the copyright holder(s) has granted her the right to allow the Hosting Company to reproduce and publish the photographs, by agreeing to and checking the box upon submission that such right has been granted. Contestant also agrees to have the signed Copyright Release readily available and provide it should Hosting Company request it. Contestants are responsible for any financial reimbursement to the original copyright holder for the rights to publish the Images as provided herein; the Hosting Company will not be responsible for any such payment, and will not be held under any obligation to publish a photo credit to the original copyright holder for the publication of an image. Contestants shall agree to hold the Hosting Company harmless and to indemnify the Hosting Company from any and all liabilities, loss, claims, or causes of actions, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses that may be incurred by the Hosting Company, arising out of or relating to my breach of any representation or warranty, or any other violation of these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in ineligibility of Contestant. All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations of the United States and/or other countries apply. Void where prohibited or restricted. Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

JUDGING CRITERIA: Our selection board will use the following criteria to choose the winners: (a) body condition and overall beauty (50%), (b) symmetry (25%), and femininity (25%).

SELECTION/WINNER: Through the online process, visitors to www.flexmodelsearch.com will be able to cast their vote for each of the five (5) months of the contest on the 15th of the month, beginning in April 2008. The five contestants receiving the most votes for each month will then be brought to the selection board of the Hosting Company. The selection of the final Winner will be determined by the selection board of the Hosting Company, whose decisions shall be final, and shall be based on the judging criteria posted above.

PRIZE/VALUE: FLEX Magazine Bikini Model Search Online monthly winners receive $250 USD and qualify for a spot in the 15-woman finals of the FLEX Magazine Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas on September 27.

NOTICIFICATION/TERMS: Winner will be notified by email or telephone. Entry constitutes permission to use Contestant's name on www.flexmodelsearch.com publications, and/or on the Website, or an affiliated or associated website, and their consent to use her name, photograph, comments and/or voice/video recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes, in any and all media - including but not limited to publications, online display, television, cable, video, DVD and/or film productions, wireless applications and other media channels and applications, and for advertising, promotions, other Contests sponsored by one or all of the Hosting company and other commercial purposes (whether by the Hosting Company or any third party) - without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Contestants consent to a background check that may be performed, at the sole discretion of the Hosting Company, to verify information provided by Contestants and compliance with these Official Rules, or for other reasons related to the Contest. This Contest shall be governed and construed by Florida law, and the exclusive venue for all controversies will be in state or federal court in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Hosting Company reserves the right to crop or otherwise alter images. Contestant waives (or shall ensure that copyright holder waives if Contestant is not copyright holder) in favor of Hosting Company and anyone authorized by them, any and all moral rights that Contestant (or copyright holder) may have in any image. If any Contestant does not return any document within the time frame indicated on the document, or cannot be contacted, Contestant will be disqualified.

DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The Hosting Company and all its affiliates are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participants' or any other person', computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the entry Website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information at website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All dates set forth in these Official Rules are approximate. The Hosting Company reserves the right to extend any deadlines. All entries and any other material submitted (including but not limited to image) become the sole property of the Hosting Company. False and or deceptive entries or accounts shall render entry ineligible.

All decisions of the Hosting Company shall be final and conclusive on all matters relating to the Contest.

All Contestants and Winners release the Hosting Company and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, officers, directors, agents, employees and all other associated with the development and execution of this Contest from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from this Contest, publication or use of their images, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or monetary loss.

The Hosting Company reserve the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Contest for any reason.

Contestants consent to the Hosting Company's collection, use and disclosure to third parties of Contestants' personal information for the purpose of administering this Contest and as otherwise set out in these Official Rules
