What Do You Eat?
This is a question I've been asked almost everyday of my bodybuilding career. After receiving the millionth email about what to eat i decided enough was enough, I'm gonna put it out there in detail. I was always worried about posting my diet before becvause I was always working with a nutritionist so I didn't want to give away any 'secrets'. This year I am my own maker so I can share with you guys the entire plan and without guilt.
Now, keep in mind Im weighing in at 290lbs right now and don't expect that most of you will need the same nutritional requirements that I do. So, when you are calculating everything make sure you set it for your own daily needs.

*Taking in 6-8L (or 1.5-2G) of water
*Using mostly ketchup, Frank's Red Hot for condiments
*On training days the diet doesn't change but I don't do shakes around workout time
*I have two 'clean' cheat meals during the week ie. sushi or prime rib dinner
*I have one shitty cheat a week usually on Sunday where I have whatever I want
*I try to never have cheats on back to back days
So thats what I'm doing to help my body add more muscle. So far its working, I feel like I'm growing without getting too sloppy. In all honesty it just feels good to have complete responsibilty over how fast or slow I grow.
Thank you all for your support, I appreciate each and every supporter I have and am always working to make sure I don't disapoint any of you! Train like a champion everyday....cuz if your not, someone else is.
Sacrifice Without Regret,
