Height: 5' 14''
Lives: Pittsburgh, PA
I was born in Germany and moved to this great city, Pittsburgh, PA when I was young. My nationality is Korean and Italian (which explains my booty).
I started playing soccer at the age of 5 and got involved with rifle shooting at the same age, then became a distinguished expert with the NRA. By 6th grade, I could run close to a 7-minute mile with my little legs, and also started to swim competitively. Every sport I picked up, I was always successful because it was something I was passionate about.
Where I am Now
My current passion is competing in the NPC. I competed at my first NPC show last October; there, I placed in the top five and became nationally qualified. Now, I am on my way to earning that pro card.
A little more about Stephanie:
1. Favorite thing about working out:
My favorite thing about working out is that I love seeing results, it's a great feeling of accomplishment. As much as I dread an hour of cardio, I feel like a superwoman afterwards.
2. What or who got you started working out?
I was a swimmer and played soccer for about 12 years. Once I hit college, I wanted to stay in shape so the gym became my new best friend.
3. Who are your fitness role models?
I went to the Arnold for the first time two years ago. It was such an overwhelming experience, and jaw dropping to see all these beautiful women with beautiful bodies. The Arnold was my influence and push to get my booty in some serious shape.
4. What is your favorite meal to get lean?
My favorite meal when I am getting lean would definitely have to be breakfast--for a few reasons. I am starving and that's the first meal of the day; plus, I like to have fun with it. I usually have egg whites, oatmeal, and some fruit, so I'll blend it together to make a pancake or just eat it the way it is.
5. What's your favorite cheat meal?
I am a die-hard chocolate lover and that might be an understatement. My favorite cheat meal is anything chocolate, dark chocolate, fudge, chocolate cake.
6. What are your goals in the fitness industry?
The fitness industry is so rewarding. And not only do I love watching my body improve, but I love seeing others improve and become motivated because of me. You can never have too many goals. My main goal is to get my pro card and be a celebrity personal trainer and tie that in with being a TV personality on the fitness side.
