IFBB Pro Bill Wilmore has been competing since 1995. "Slow and steady" is his philosophy from our discussion a few weeks back in Australia. (Catch Wilmore's interview here.) In order to stay healthy and look good on stage for many years, Wilmore told me it's the smart bodybuilders that take the time to build up for the long run. Wilmore pointed out Dexter Jackson, Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler as examples of men who have been competing for years and still looked good on stage at an older age.

Bill Wilmore to Defend Toronto Pro TitleGetting up there in age, it took Wilmore Ten Years to turn pro and another Seven Years to win his first professional bodybuilding contest. In between his competitions, Wilmore has been a Ultimate Nutrition representative.
