Late night back workout with @bsneric killing it at @projectflex_fl. As a teen I grew up in a gym limited to pieces we used to have to adapt making a chest press into a back exercise a leg press into a shoulder press. Etc.. This exercise is a seated calf machine we also used to do this back movement. Some conventional machines can be used to do the most unconventional exercises. As my fans know I love doing out the box movements.
