Jeff Long was looking to start the year off with a bang, so he flew all the way out to Australia to do it!
IFBB Pro Jeff Long made a fantastic 2013 debut and in my opinion, did not receive the placement he deserved, but with George Farah on his side. He will continue to improve through 2013.
