Ben ‘Pak-Man’ Pakulski became interested in nutrition at age 12 , when reading about vegetarianism and interested in fitness at age 15, when he began weightlifting at Macks Gym in Toronto training under Tom Hall.
Pakulski began watching professional events at age 17, when his father took him to a Night of Champions competition between Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman. His favorite bodybuilders growing up were Lee Priest and Dorian Yates. Pakulski went on to train with Charles Poliquin and Charles Glass.
Pakulski graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario with a B.S. in kinesiology receiving mentoring from Peter Chiasson, early in his career.
Pakulski teaches seminars and coaches aspiring bodybuilders with his education in nutrition and exercise science.
