REAR LAT SPREAD

“On every other pose, Wheeler was unbelievable,” James says. “Except when it came to his lat spread. That’s the funny thing, although his back was his best body part, his lat spread was his worst pose. He wasn’t really able to open it up to the degree that you’d like to see. That with his weaker hamstrings and glutes, and he just couldn’t close the deal on that particular mandatory. I think if I asked him, he’d say the same thing.” Rhoden, meanwhile, has a solid foundation from glutes down to calves, and a lat spread that is proficient enough to not cost him come comparison time.
