Flex Lewis and late-’80s and early-’90s superstar Lee Labrada stand within a half-inch of each other (Lewis at 5'51?2" and Labrada at 5'6"), and both have spent their bodybuilding careers on the shy side of 200 pounds. Interestingly, while Lewis usually tips the Toledo at around 195 pounds or so, Labrada competed at about 10 pounds less.
Lewis is known for his stellar leg development, thick forearms and overall shape. Labrada is considered one of the most proportionate bodybuilders ever to take an IFBB stage.
It’s not so much a knock on Lewis as a testament to Labrada to say that the latter would handily win this posedown. While Lewis is in the process of bringing up his upper body to match his lower body, Labrada seems to have been born with flawless proportions. Lewis is still young, though, and has time to meet Labrada’s sky-high standard of development.
