NO-Shotgun® and NO-Synthesize® for 28 Days Kick Ass!
0 shared this

Researchers from the University of Baylor reported in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition that consuming VPX NO- Shotgun and NO-Synthesize might be the ultimate stack for muscle growth and fat loss. A pre-workout drink was consumed 30 minutes prior to exercise: NO-Shotgun (containing compounds such as creatine, arginine, glutamine, beta and branched-chain amino acids) and post-workout: NO-Synthesize (with casein protein hydrolysate, whey protein hydrolysate and isolate) was consumed for 28 days in resistance-trained men. At the end of the study, 28 days of consuming VPX NO-Shotgun and NO-Synthesize resulted in greater increases in muscle mass and fat loss compared to the placebo group. Both placebo and supplemented groups significantly increased muscle strength with training; however, for bench press and leg press, the VPX NO-Shotgun and NO-Synthesize had greater increases. After muscle biopsies were performed, the levels of Type I, IIA, and IIX MHC muscle fibers were increased in the VPX NO-Shotgun and NO-Synthesize groups, but Type
I and IIA muscle fibers were significantly greater in VPX NO-Shotgun and NO-Synthesize.

The findings: The group of resistance-trained men consuming VPX NO-Shotgun and NO-Synthesize had greater increases in strength and muscle mass while losing body fat.
