IFBB Pro Guy Cisternino is 3.5 weeks from 201 New York Pro and he is not letting off the gas in this kick ass leg training workout video. We're here at Bridgewater Powerhouse with Mike Polomski. Mike is 6.5 weeks out from a local NPC show before competing at the masters nationals later this year.
It's one of Guys last really heavy leg workouts. Guy preaches what he employs in the gym. What he honestly feels what works best for him, Guy applies and then writes about it. Guy never lightens up his load with the exception of the last two workouts before stepping on stage.
At the end of the day bodybuilding is about adding mass and stripping fat. So Guy's theory is why do you want to back off? Eat clean, healthy and train heavy as hell in the gym.
Guy isn't worried about his weight. All he's worried about is looking good. That's the beneficial to change from the 202 Men's Class to 212. Guy only now has to look at the mirror and not the scale which will allow him to bring in a well honed physique for the 2012 New York Pro.
