In this final part of training back and biceps with IFBB Pro Roelly Winklaar, Sibil Peeters explains the purpose of each exercise. Concentration curls done per arm instead of alternating, bubble curls using a curl bar forcing the elbows behind the body in order to take the delts out of play, inclined dumbbells for low weight high volume pumps all followed by concentration curls.

This is a brutal bicep workout after a hardcore back workout. Give it a try and see if you can keep up at a minimum,
