IFBB Pro Fakhri Mubarak demonstrates proper form of a bicep preacher curl


Dumbbell Preacher Curl - Start with holding the dumbbell at 90 degrees over the bench and then extendng the arm all the way down.

12 Reps for one arm, and 12 reps for the other arm.

Add more weight for each successive set for a total of four sets
