IFBB Pro Flex Lewis is leaving nothing to chance as he prepares to defend his 212 Showdown Championship title. With the Olympia weekend right around the corner, Flex Lewis is following a strict workout and supplementation plan.

FLEX LEWIS’ GASPARI NUTRITION OLYMPIA PREP SUPPLEMENTATION PROTOCOL

PRE-WORKOUT

1-1/4 scoops SuperDrive

2 scoops L-Glutamine (10g)


1/2 scoop Glycofuse (12.5g)

 

INTRA-WORKOUT

2 scoops L-Glutamine (10g)

1 scoop Aminolast

1 scoop Glycofuse (25g)

2 scoops Qualitine (10g) Creatine Monohydrate

 

POST-WORKOUT

1-1/2 scoops Glycofuse (37.5g)

2 scoops L-Glutamine (10g)
1 scoop Aminolast

1 scoop Qualitine (5g) Creatine Monohydrate

 

POST SHAKE 
(20 minutes after POST-WORKOUT)

1-1/2 scoops IsoFusion

BACK TRAINING > EXERCISES | SETS | REPS

Pullups - 5 sets rep ranges from 20-10

Preformed at the beginning or end of the workout. With squeezes occurring with the last 2-3 reps with a semi negative.

 

High Row Superman Hammer Strength 

with grip on the outside of the beam

3 sets 

20-15 reps

 

Hammer Strength Low Row

4 sets pyramiding up in weight

10 full range 

10 short range 

3-5 squeezes holing for a second 

 

Bent over DB rows with head resting on top on incline bench

(body parallel to the ground rowing in upright motion)

3 working sets 

12-10 reps

 

Low pulley row with V-bar

4 working sets 

15-12 reps

 

Hyper extensions superman position

Followed by traditional hyper extensions

3-4 working sets

10 superman 

10 conventional
