Joe Romine off-season chest workout after winning mens open heavyweight class & Earning IFBB Pro Card at 2012 IFBB North AmericaNew IFBB pro training at the powerhouse in Michigan. Just started his off-season training - high volume chest workout.Believes in high reps to get a lot of blood into the muscle. Using moderate weight, dumbbell presses of 100 lbs for as many reps as he can alternating workout partners with very little rest.Same theory with the other exercise - using moderate weight for as many reps as possible in order to tear down the muscle and force it to repair.Joe may start at the Men 212 and then work his way up the ranks to compete against the bigger guys
