Consistency every day. That was the main thing. Doing things properly the first time also as you may not get a chance to do them correctly again.
How do you work cheat meals into your off-season plan?
I have a crazy metabolism, so cheat meals helped me stay fuller so I can make improvements leading up to contest prep.
What is a constant “work in progress” for you as a bodybuilder?
Upper chest is always something i will pay attention. It’s starting to come into its own.
What are your favorite leg movements during contest prep?
The same ones as off-season. Squats, leg presses, extensions. And all the hamstring exercises.
