Q:
What kept you motivated during the offseason?
Knowing that I have to be onstage at my best in Tampa and nothing less.
Q:
What are some of favorite triceps movements?
Triceps extension and press-downs. Both have a purpose and both can help build some great triceps.
Q:
I can’t feel my chest during dumbbell flyes. Any recommendations?
Try machine flyes for awhile and to lighten up the weight on dumbbell flyes. I would do two sets of machines flyes really squeezing the chest and then go to one to two sets of dumbbell flyes to see if you feel your chest working more.
Q:
What are some of your favorite off season foods?
I enjoy eating beef and chicken in large quantities.
