Shawn Rhoden is one of the very good Bodybuilder in the World. He started Bodybuilding in 1992. When he was going to start Bodybuilding he weighs just 155 Lbs. But now in Off-season his weight is 155-160 Lbs.

Is it a mistake for guys to use machines instead of movements?
Yes, and it shows in their physiques. Machine trainers don’t look as muscular or dense as the free weight guys.
What is your offseason nutritional plan?
Lots of food, all the time!
Do you feel you can be Mr. Olympia?
Yes. If I didn’t, I would not be a competing pro.
