NPC Amateur Kevin Jordan takes us through a chest and tricep workout in the suburbs of Chicago in preparation for the 2012 NPC Nationals. 3 Weeks out, Jordan is feeling the pain of training with low carbs but is reliant on his GAT sponsor and supplements for that extra push through his workouts.

At 3 weeks out, Jordan is still cranking out 405lbs inclines, pressing 105lbs dumbbells for repetitions and super-setting triceps.

Leaving nothing to chance, Chad Nicholls, Jordan's Guru, has pulled all the stops by taking Jordan through these last few weeks at full tilt. There's heavy competition ahead against other super heavyweight athletes Brian Yersky, Dusty Hanshaw and more.
